Geographical and Historical Position
Located only 2 km of the coast of Vodice and almost connected to the island of Zlarin by continuous sand and coral reefs, Prvić Island, aka "The Island of Faust", is a picturesque home to two small settlements and many private coves and beaches. The history of the island is inevitably connected to its greatest resident that inhabited the village of Šepurine, famous polymath and bishop Faust Vrančić.
